- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute
- Add celery and carrot, sauté for about 5 minutes
- Increase heat to medium-high and add beefBreak up clumps and cook until not pink, about 10 minutes
- Turn heat down to medium-low and add tomatoesCook until sauce thickens, roughly 30 minutes
- Top with cheese, and serve over pasta
