It is possible, but not likely, that he would have to have another round of iodine treatment if his levels aren’t down far enough.<\/p>\n
It’s also possible that the remainder of his thyroid isn’t enough to make sufficient amounts of hormone.\u00a0 If levels are low enough after a few months we’ll have to give him a daily pill.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
