Breakfasts Cookbook.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>2 teaspoons garlic powder<\/li>\r\n<li>1 \u00bd teaspoons onion powder<\/li>\r\n<li>2 teaspoons paprika OR smoked paprika<\/li>\r\n<li>2 teaspoons dried oregano<\/li>\r\n<li>1 \u00bd teaspoons black pepper<\/li>\r\n<li>1 teaspoon kosher salt<\/li>\r\n<li>3 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs<\/li>\r\n<li>Enough olive oil to coat chicken<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Directions<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Combine the garlic, onion, paprika, oregano, pepper, salt, and olive oil into a freezer bag<\/li>\r\n<li>Toss in the chicken<br \/>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Most pre-packaged chicken thighs get folded into themselves, so be sure to spread them out as you put them into the bag so they get evenly coated<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>Seal up the bag and mix everything thoroughly<\/li>\r\n<li>Heat up a grill pan over medium-high heat, or a grill, while the chicken steeps in it&#8217;s spices<br \/>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>If using a grill pan, add some olive oil to coat the bottom of the pan &#8211;
